The Both Worlds letter · free · weekly
One letter a week on living well in both worlds.
Named from the du'āʾ in al-Baqarah 2:201 — رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً — the letter takes one verse a week and reads it with both eyes open: what the scholars said, what the science now shows, and one thing to do before Friday.

- The science — where medicine, neuroscience or psychology has caught up, and where it hasn't — from a physician who never stopped seeking
- The practice — one thing, small enough to do tonight
- What shipped — a chapter, a khutbah, an Academy season, when there is one

When
